Privacy Policy

Our stance is simple: The software you use to work should never become software that watches you work.

1. Local-First Philosophy

Xamathi crafts tools under strict Local-first principles. Our software processes everything directly on your machine. There is never a reason to send your typed content, documents, or personal data to cloud servers.

2. Website Privacy (xamathi.com)

This website is a static site hosted via Cloudflare Pages. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, do not perform cross-site tracking, and do not harvest visitor profiles. The only data we ever receive is what you voluntarily submit via our feedback form.

3. Desktop Software (e.g. KeyXamathi)

Our native apps run 100% on-device. We do not log keystrokes to disk, do not send your text over the internet, and do not bundle sneaky analytics frameworks.

For specific details regarding macOS Accessibility permissions and instructions to verify network traffic yourself with tools like Little Snitch or Wireshark, visit our dedicated product policy:

4. Opt-in Telemetry

Select apps offer optional community telemetry, which is always disabled by default. If you choose to turn it on, only high-level aggregate numbers (such as total language switch corrections) are transmitted. No text content or unique identifiers are ever sent, and you can disable it at any time.

5. Questions & Verifiability

We actively encourage you to inspect the network traffic of our tools. If you have questions or observe any behavior conflicting with this statement, reach out via our Ideas & Feedback page.
